PLAN & CONDUCT CONTESTS
• Update rules in premium guides - there are changes to all 4 contests for 2026
• Advertise
• Accept Entries
• Display entries and sponsor signage
• Record entry counts
• Determine winners
COMPLETE THE POST CONTEST DOCUMENTS
• Publish post-contest press releases
• Give the Certified winners attending the PA Farm Show the copy of the “2027 Pennsylvania Farm Show Certification Information Sheet” for their reference
• NOTE: 2027 PA Farm Show Entry OFFICAL Certifications will be issued by the PA Fairs Special Baking Committee by early December.
• Submit Contest Summary Reports to the PA Fairs Special Baking Contest Committee
