“The presentation will cover common personal planning issues encountered by business owners of all types. Primarily, these issues include identifying heirs for the business, determining how they will succeed to the business interests, paving the way for an orderly transition that reduces the potential for family strife, and minimizing tax implications of death. Foundational planning principles will be discussed and attendees will leave with an understanding of the key documents needed in their planning.” We will also try and tie this into succession planning of Fair Boards.
