GRATZ - The Gratz Fair Association has announced fair participants to receive scholarship awards. People have been receiving financial assistance ($500 each) towards their higher education based on a program started in 1992. This program is funded by fair livestock sales and craft shows, of which the next craft show will be held on Saturday, October 16 .
